Formazione assistenti familiari: tramite corsi in presenza e/o con modalità di autoformazione multimediale online multilingue
Validazione delle competenze di assistenti familiari: tramite un percorso (utilizzabile online e in aula) di verifica delle conoscenze, competenze ed abilità proprie del lavoro di cura acquisite in contesti informali e non formali.
Gestione del Registro delle Assistenti Familiari: ANS è in grado di svolgere sia la gestione diretta del servizio, sia di mettere a disposizione un pacchetto di strumenti informatici a supporto della gestione del servizio
– Gestione dello Sportello Sociale: ANS mette a disposizione una banca dati a supporto degli operatori di sportelli sociali con informazioni quotidianamente aggiornate su opportunità, provvedimenti, servizi per le persone anziane e i loro familiari caregiver.
Per tutti i servizi sopra-citati sono disponibili anche percorsi di formazione operatori/formatori

– Gruppi di automuto aiuto per caregiver familiari: ANS dispone di operatori specializzati ed esperti nella conduzione di gruppi di automutuo aiuto per familiari con responsabilità di cura
– Sportello di tutela legale: ANS ha esperienza specifica nella gestione di sportelli di tutela legale rivolti alle problematiche dell’invecchiamento, Corsi di formazione e supporto per amministratori di sostegno, prevenzione degli abusi nelle -relazioni di cura. ANS è in grado di gestire direttamente il servizio tramite professionisti con esperienza o di fornire supervisione e supporto tramite la banca dati “Sportello di tutela legale” che guida l’operatore nella risposta ai più comuni quesiti di carattere legale che possono coinvolgere gli anziani e i loro familiari. E’ un utile strumento di informazione e orientamento di primo livello e per filtrare i casi più complessi da indirizzare ad un supporto specialistico.
