ASSAP – active labor market policies for professional insertion and qualification in the care field in four Southern Italian Regions (Puglia, Calabria, Campania e Sicilia)
SAP – Care Talents Sardinia and Care Talents Ferrara – SAP’s aim is to pilot test the Care Talents methodologies for validation of informally acquired skills of care workers through a network of services all across Sardinia and in the Province of Ferrara.
LLP-GRU “Mingle” – it’s aim is the development of an e-learning based Italian language course for migrant care workers
LLP-LDV “AMiCo”-  the project aims to develop a tool for the self-assessment of professional skills for persons planning to work as care workers in a different EU country. The project is ECVET based.
FAMILY ASSISTANCE project – ANS manages on behalf of a District a public service for job offer and demand matching in the care field and promotes e-learning and class based training courses for care workers.
Leonardo “IQEA Evo” – aim of the project is to sign and test an ECVET agreement among Italy, Poland and Romania concerning the professional profile of assistants to vulnerable elderly. 
LLP-LDV IDECO it’s an ECVET based project focused on the professional profile of Head of Unit in Care Facilities, involving Italian, Romanian, French and German partners.
LLP-LDV SET-CARE – aims to adapt the training course for care workers ASPASIA, developed by ANS, for the use in Greece and Bulgaria (the Country where the majority of care workers working in Greece come from)
Training courses for care workers – UMANAFORMA ANS promotes across Italy, in cooperation with the Employment Agency UMANA,  training courses for care workers based on ASPASIA methodology.
Project “Aspasia Plus” – Funded by the Ministry of Equal Opportunities. Aim of the project is to support regular employment  in the field of in-home assistance.  Project coordinator is Ferrara’s AUSL, in partnership with municipalities of Ferrara, Cento, Codigoro, Copparo and the technical assistance of Anziani e Non Solo.
Leonardo – T.O.I. “Caregiver Talents” LLP-LDV/TOI/2007/IT/011 The aim of the project is to develop a system of validation of acquired competences concerning in-home caregivers. The project developed procedure, standards, tools which will then were experimented.
PIC Equal – Action 2 Aspasia Planning and experimentation on territories of tools and services aimed to favour the professional and social inclusion of in-home caregivers. The project realized a training package for providing basic assistance skills to these workers and implemented three info points in three different Regions (Emilia Romagna, Puglia and Sicilia) to provide information, support, training opportunities, matching of offer and demand of, to caregivers and families.
PIC Equal – Action 2 “Fuori Orario” The overall project studied and experimented services and tools to include in-home caregiver in local social services networks.
Project “Towards a new welfare”  The project came from mainstreaming activities of Equal Aspasia. Planning and experimentation on territories of tools and services aimed to favour the professional and social inclusion of in-home caregivers. The project implemented four info points in four municipalities of the Province of Ferrara to provide information, support, training opportunities, matching of offer and demand of, to in-home caregivers and families. The project was funded by Emilia Romagna Region.
