href=\"https:\/\/wellcare-project.eu\"><strong>Wellcare<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 is a transdisciplinary and participative project in which informal carers and long-term care (LTC) workers, researchers, NGOs, experts and stakeholder organisations within health and social care, psychology, sociology and gerontology work together to strengthen supports available for improving the mental wellbeing and resilience of all carers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.supportcare-project.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus+ Support Care<\/a>: <\/strong>SupportCare is an EU-funded project that aims to empower and support informal caregivers for people with dementia, offer tools and knowledge to prevent negative impacts on informal caregivers\u2019 health and well-being, and break the stigma around dementia.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/piaproject.eu\/\">Erasmus+ PIA \u2013 Peer Support Workers as an Innovative force in Advocacy in dementia care<\/a>:<\/strong>experiments a model based on the role of experienced family carers within the care services system.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/retecaregiver.it\/\">Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Verona \u2013 Il paziente riscoperto<\/a>: p<\/strong>roject aiming to support family caregivers in the areas of Mantua, Vicenza and Verona by setting up self-mutual aid groups, training interventions, support for corporate welfare.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecaris.eu\">Erasmus+ ECARIS<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>aims to provide training to informal carers of people with kidney diseases<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prolepsis.eu\">Erasmus+ PROLEPSIS<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 <\/strong>aims to promote breast-cancer prevention among informal carers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/elily.eu\">Erasmus+ E-LILY<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>the project goal is to support the e-health literacy skills of informal carers, by providing them skills and competences to navigate the world of health information accessible via web<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cosmicproject.eu\"><strong>Erasmus+ COSMIC<\/strong> <\/a> \u2013 it is a project to support informal carers from migrant backgrounds by empowering them, their community leaders as well as professionals working on the field<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sincala.eu\">Erasmus+ SINCALA<\/a> &#8211; <\/strong>\u00a0the project aims to support families with caring responsibilities using a whole family approach and through the use of narration-based educational methodologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eurocarers.org\/care4dem\/\">Erasmus+ CARE4DEM<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>Care4dem aims to develop and test an innovative methodology to run online peer support groups for informal carers of people with dementia<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.appsforcarers.eu\">Erasmus+ APP4CARERS<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 <\/strong>the APP4CARERS partnership will select and classify mobile applications potentially useful for informal carers and will promote their use among the target group through dedicated training activities<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dameate.anzianienonsolo.it\"><strong>EIF \u2013 Az. 6 &#8211; DA ME A TE<\/strong><\/a><strong> Cultural Mediation to support BME carers\u00a0 <\/strong>is an action research project aimed to improve services supporting BME carers through the use of cultural mediators<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peer-support groups for family carers \u2013 <\/strong>on behalf of the Terre D\u2019Argine District, ANS manages a peer-support group for family carers<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.caregiverday.it\">Carer Day<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0 <\/strong>since 2011 ANS promotes the annual carer days: seminars, workshops, training and cultural events to promote and value the role of family carers <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmiproject.eu\/home-2\/\">LLP-LDV-TOI ELMI<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>the project has the aim to transfer to Romania, Poland an Czech Rep. the online training course for family carers realised by ANS and to implement it with a specific module on Alzheimer disease from a carer perspective.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Training courses for carers &#8211; <\/strong>ANS promotes e-learning and class-based training courses for caregivers (Carpi and Correggio Districts).<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/dalia.anzianienonsolo.it\">DALIA <\/a> &#8211; <\/strong>funded by the Italian Ministry for Equal Opportunities, DALIA aims to search and disseminate good practices for reconciliation of work and care for employed carers<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/lifeaftercare.anzianienonsolo.it\">Grundtvig Partnership \u201cLife After Care\u201d <\/a> <\/strong><strong>&#8211; <\/strong>The partnership aims to exchange ideas, experiences, good practices and tools in order to learn mutually and therefore strengthen local and national strategies concerning informal training of former family carers of relatives to help their re-insertion in the society after they end caring.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-4322\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Young Informal (family) carers<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-4322\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-4322\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/care4you.altervista.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Care4You<\/a> &#8211; <\/strong>the project is aimed at creating and implementing &nbsp;a network to identify, involve and support young carers living in Reggio Emilia Province.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEGAMI \u2013 <\/strong>funded by \u201cFondazione Con i Bambini\u201d the project will implement awareness rising, training and support programmes to help adolescents\u2019 young carers in Puglia region<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/togethereuproject.eu\">Erasmus+ Together<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>the project aims to pilot a whole-family approach programme to support adolescent young carers<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARLO \u2013 <\/strong>Funded by Cassa di Risparmio Fundation \u2013 a local project aimed to pilot a play-and-talk programme for young children of parents with a mental illness<\/p>\n<p><strong>I ragazzi stanno bene? \u2013<\/strong> Funded by Emilia Romagna Region \u2013 a project aimed to pilot psyco-educational interventions for young siblings of persons with disabilities<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/me-we.eu\/the-project\/\">H2020 ME-WE<\/a> &#8211; <\/strong>&nbsp;The overall goal of the project is to strengthen the resilience of Adolescent Young Carers in transition to adulthood (15-17 years old) in order to impact positively on their mental health and well-being and to mitigate the negative influence of psychosocial and environmental factors in their lives<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.c2eproject.org\">Erasmus+ Care2Entrepreneurship<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>the project intends to support entrepreneurial skills of young carers<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/edycare.eu\">Erasmus+ EDYCARE<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>the project goal is to develop methods and tools to support young carers in schools and educational institution.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ep-yc.org\">Erasmus+ EPYC<\/a>\u2013 <\/strong>the aim of the project is strengthening the capacity of social and youth workers to support young carers, through the development and dissemination of dedicated methods and tools.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/care2work.org\">Erasmus+ CARE2WORK<\/a> \u2013 <\/strong>is aimed to support employability of young carers from BME communities, building on the soft skills developed throughout the
