The following websites however reflect the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.<\/em><\/p>\n Erasmus+ SENIOR+<\/a> \u2013<\/strong>SENIOR+ develops, tests and implements innovative practices in the field of entrepreneurship with older adults 50+, with special emphasis on those at risk of social exclusion.<\/p>\n Erasmus+ CRAFT50+<\/a> \u2013<\/strong>The project\u00a0\u201cCrafting 50 & beyond\u201d\u00a0aims at improving the entrepreneurial skills of European professional craftspeople, aging 50 years or more and at accompanying them in the digital transition.<\/p>\n Erasmus+ Here<\/a> \u2013 <\/b>intends to implement\u00a0a programme to support circular-economy based entrepreneurial activities in\u00a0deprived neighborhoods<\/p>\n Erasmus+ Cultural Diversity \u2013 <\/b>the project supports\u00a0integration of migrants and asylum seekers in small and rural communities by Erasmus+ Social Seed<\/a><\/strong> (ES01-KA204-064916) \u2013 <\/b>Funded by the Erasmus plus programme, the project aims to develop training and\u00a0an incubator for micro-entrepreneurs coming from disadvantaged groups<\/p>\n Erasmus + YEIP<\/a> <\/strong>– The Youth Empowerment and Innovation Project (YEIP) aims to design a youth-led, positive policy prevention framework for tackling and preventing the marginalisation and violent radicalisation among young people in Europe.<\/p>\n Erasmus+ Blend-in<\/a> <\/strong> \u2013 <\/b>\u00a0targets young\u00a0refugees with the aim to support their inclusion in the new hosting community\u00a0through a \u201csurvival kit\u201d accessible via a mobile app. The kit will include\u00a0basic language skills and orientation concerning support services, laws and\u00a0opportunity in the new country.<\/b><\/p>\n Erasmus+ EPSILON<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 <\/b>\u00a0promotes\u00a0capacity building activities targeting professionals working in the migration\u00a0and asylum sectors in order to strengthen their ability to effectively support\u00a0LGBT asylum seekers and refugees.<\/p>\n AMIF \u2013 Non uno di meno<\/b> \u2013 the project aims to prevent drop-out among\u00a0migrant students, by providing dedicated support and counselling services in
